*Demoralised. 怎么可能“我不难过”*

Yah I am demoralised liao. Dunno if it is because I have too high expectations of myself or i dun seems to meet someone's expectations.

(for those who know what happened. Dun comment here. U know I have to keep that activity a secret.)

这么用功干嘛?再努力也没有用!

Gluttony and some thought

Ever since my pal's wedding had ended, I had been eating 好料。

Before the wedding --diet diet diet. Eat fruits and drink milk for lunch.
After the wedding -- eat eat eat.

Last Thur, my colleague helped us to buy Burger King Breakfast. And I purchased that Kid's meal because I want the Ice Age toy. end up eating a full meal cos colleague passed me her pack of hash browns.

Last Friday, specially requested for a 2 hr lunch cos we are treating one of our khakis her farewell meal. Dined at Sakae Sushi.

and on the same evening, had met up with my ex-colleagues and end up dining at Sushi Teh. Kaoz, 2 Japanese meals in a day.

Sat, after KTV session with another group of friends (I had a KTV session on Tue), 洪老师suggested we should 吃点好的。And we proceed to Marche. Hmm wat did I have. Rosti with honey and cheese sausage and a bottle of 没礼貌的酒(rude beer). However, that lame Root Beer joke did not came out from my mouth lah. keke.

Yesterday, had dinner at Spageddies as it was the Empress Dowager's birthday. Think Dad chose that restaurant because UOB cardholder are entitled to this Two-for-One promotion at Spageddies Marina Square branch. Thought I could avoid having "calories overload" by ordering Fish & Chicken combo (which consist of one small piece of fish & chicken). However we had desserts on the house and I was given a piece of chocolate brownie with ice-cream to share with my brother.

Perhaps I shall invest in that Zap Zap UZap.

************************************************************

Now, this might be rather confusing, and I dunno if I phrased it well...

Ever wondered that if you should be happy if you got something (or even someone) you wished for just by wishing for it.

As in, you got something you one, just simply a nite after u pray for it.
Should you really feel happy?
因为 这“东西”不是靠你的努力得到的,而是“求来的”。

Perhaps it is just pure coincidence that you get something you one after wishing for it,
perhaps you should be happy because your prayers were answered.

This reminds me of one of the songs sang by Kelly Chen,
其中一句歌词是这么写的:
“如果爱是求来的,我也不想要”

Agree with that sentence? If someone you like expressed interest in you after you had wish for , say “我要跟某某某永远在一起”, should you feel happy? Have you ever wonder if he/she begins to love you simply because of yr wish was answered and that caused him/her to love you. Can that type of "love" be classify as "involuntary love" ? Weeks or months later, would you start to wonder if this is really "love" . Did he/she really love you or the "love" was simply started of by yr wish.

Complicating right?
Of cos things would be much easier if you have something (really physical things like mp3 player) after you wish for it.

What do you think?

Ps: I need some more time to complete my post for my Taiwan trip, hence meanwhile, give u something to think abt. :P

I looked like Sammi meh?

(super Singlish post)

That day boh-liao, went to try out this "which celebs u resemble" feature on this website:
www.myheritage.com

And I dunno why for out of the many pics I submitted, almost 80% of the returned results showed that I resemble Sammi Cheng.

像 meh? Or should I ask: 像年轻时的Sammi meh?

Then I went to submit a super weird pic of me ( eyes super big, hair super straight and face super fair one) and the results was:

(like that also can???!!!)

U guys try it yrselves, but dun be upset if it turn out you resemble a celeb of the opposite sex. hahaha

Taiwan Trip Day 2

Day 2--- 5 March 06 (Sun)

(sorry to keep you waiting. Hahah, I decided to compensate u all by doing some e-scrapbooking with Powerpoint. No imaging software on this laptop, so what I can do are limited. Some of the pics can be clicked on for a larger view)

We classified it as “Shopping Day”. Woke up feeling terribly cold. The air-con was super cold man. Our accommodation include free breakfast, so we were actually anticipating what type of breakfast we will going to have – American style buffet or Chinese Dim Sum.

The answer is :

Non of the above.

Breakfast was rather pathetic, if you are expecting a huge feast. The Café (if you call it) was manned by 2 middle-aged aunties, So it really seems like yr grannies making you breakfast. What’s available were 稀饭,pork floss and peanuts and other 配料 for the porridge, and u gotta toast yr own bread if you wanna one. Aunties will cook an egg for each guest.

(Not much variety of food available for the 3 days we’d been there. Frankly speaking, I am not used to having an egg for breakfast every day).

This is the nicest pic of our breakfast we can present you.

I am rather fine with the breakfast, as I dun have much appetite in the mornings. Having less to eat for breakfast means that my stomach has more room for local snacks. Yeah!.

Our itinerary for the day was as follows:

Morning : 淡水
Afternoon: 五分埔
Evening: 士林

JQ had instructed us to visit五分埔 on Sunday ( a must!) as Monday to Fridays are their 批發時間. As for士林 , there are more things to see on weekends than on weekdays. So that leaves us having to go to淡水 in the morning, missing the chance to catch it’s famous sunset.

Thee first thing we did at 西门(Ximen ) mrt station was to purchase their Easycard , or what they call 悠遊卡. I guess if not for JQ’s help, we would be like what Fannie and her friends did when they were in Taiwan – buying Single trip tickets, which is more expensive. According to JQ, Easycard can be use on MRT trains and on buses (except airport shuttle services). Furthermore there is rebate when you transfer from MRT to buses, and vice-versa. You can say it is similar to our Ezlink Card.
This is the map of Taipei MRT lines.

To get to淡水, we have to change train at 台北车站(Taipei Main Station)。It’s wasn’t too difficult to navigate our ways at the interchange as the signs were all displayed prominently (and it’s an advantage if you know Chinese). We managed to transfer to 淡水 line without getting lost or asking anyone for directions. It’s our first Free and Easy trip, so you can imagine how proud we were able to accomplish the task successfully!

We were impress by how discipline the taiwan passengers are, for they all patiently wait behind the white line, letting the passengers getting out of the trains first and keep to their right side when taking the escalators (really leaving a clear passageway for other passengers to walk on the left).

淡水station looks different from other MRT station along the line, perhaps it's because it's the terminal station. Took a few pics before we proceed to take Bus 26 to 淡水. (that's the only bus service we took throughout our whole trip). As for the bus fare, seems like it's a flat rate no matter where we alight at, cos we only need to tap the Easycard once on the cardreader when we board the bus.

This is the interior of the bus,the front few rows are single seaters while those rows after the exit are 2 seaters. See big black screen behind the driver's seat? It seems to be preparing the passengers for the direction the bus's travelling. Eg, when the bus is abt to turn LEFT, the “转左” signal will light up. And dun think the bus seems more lok-kok than Singapore buses, in fact , it is more advanced than ours. See the screen in front? It will display the name of next stop (in Chinese).

The bus driver must had figured out we were tourists, as he pointed us to alight upon reaching 渔人码头, the last stop . We were greeted by the cool breeze . Guess where we headed for first-- it's none other than the famous 情人桥!

Yeah yeah, i wanna say something.
fo those who do not know,李圣杰 (Li Sheng Jie) 的《你们要快乐》MV 就是在这里取景的。

See!

(THANKS JQ for helping me to do the screen capture, dunno why my comp's unable to do it".)
And if u all still dun believe, next time dedicate this song when u go to KTV.

Anyway, here are some pics we took.

Went to explore their "鱼市". That's what it was stated on the building, but it din seems liked one, as there 's a pub and an arcade within the building. Bought their famous 土产--铁蛋and Prawn and Fish crakers, before we went to explore the arcade.

Saw this big Winnie the Pooh and took "kee siao" pics again!

Oh yah, for more information ab 渔人码头, u may wish to visit this website: http://www.fisherman.com.tw/

Took the bus back, but alighted a few stops before the MRT station as we were intending to explore 淡水老街。Think we got off at the wrong bus stop, and explored into a wet market instead. Asked ppl for direction and along the way, we ate 鱼圆and 阿给 (tang-hoon wrapped in bean curd skin)-- these are what the lady whom we met at the airpot recommended. They were simply delicious, especially the fishballs. Unlike Sg's fastballs which taste more like"flour balls", theirs contained real fish meat . 当你咬下去时,可以感觉到有汤汁流出来。口感十足!Slurps!

Stumbled into 沪尾饼铺and bought their famous 花粉酥。Then we passed by Sophisca 糖果屋. It is really like those candy house you'd imagined appearing from fairytales. The deco is so nice! The candies packaging are sooooo nice, cute and creative. I almost wanna buy the whole shop! Too bad we are not allowed to take photographs. The salesgal -- a typical Taiwanese who spoke in a gentle way, initially thought we are from Hong Kong ( heh heh, seems like our plan to converse in English works). She offered us this "sinfully mouth-watering" chocolate.

Damn nice lor. (pardon my language, but they were really good.Even me, who's supposed to be on diet, can't resist popping a few after i'd bought a box). It is similar to the "melty kiss" chocolates which Ximei had gotten for us last Xmas, but even better! Each individually wrapped chocolate was covered in a layer of cocoa powder, and when u popped one into the mouth, the smooth texture really make u goes "Oooooooooooohhh!".

Haha, how glad am I to have devoured a few when I was in Taiwan. Cos when I unpacked my bag, to my dismay, they had melted. Even if I re-freeze them, the layer of cocoa powder had been mixed with the melted chocolate. That's y I din give any to my friends. (partly because I wanna finish them myself, hahaha, they still taste great even when in "liquid form").

Check with the salesgal and relieved to find that we were not far from the Hello Kitty Restaurant (which Flutterby had stated "MUST GO" in her itinerary). Though I'm not a fan of Hello Kitty, but still I thought it’s interesting to take a look.

The prices were rather reasonable, we ordered a cup of coffee each and shared a plate of Hello Kitty Pancake (that comes with tasty tuna and apples slices) and each of us paid abtS$10. Of cos I ordered Ice Latte (u know why! :p) and took pics with my drinks. Little did I realised that when I was busy taking pics of my Latte , or me& my Latte, Flutterby was secretly taking pics of me.

We both got a cup and toothpick to take home as souvenirs.

For Yr Info: Hello Kitty Cafe
淡水鎮中正路159號1∼3樓(淡水老街走到底.好樂迪斜對面)
電話:02-26297648

( digress here: I am feeling so tired , still stuck with writing this piece at 1am , still got lots more to go).

Went to explore the bustling street opposite 淡水 mrt. That's where we bought the flavoured Muah Chee (麻薯)and the recommended 黑糖麻薯. Like what the lady whom we meet at the airport said, once u tried the 黑糖麻薯, you won't think abt trying those flavoured, full of preservatives Muah Chee.

These are the pics I took with my mobile phone. Really got the “古早” feel ,especially after I set it to Sepia mode.

Armed with bags of stuff, we decided to drop them at our hotel before continuing our journey.

Next stop: 五分埔
( a fashion wholesale area)

According to the directions given, we have to take the train to 后山埤. It’s quite a distance from the station. Though we were on the right track after alight at the station, we were kinds confused by the lack of road signs on displayed. Fortunately, a kind lady walking passed saw us holding maps and figured out where we are going to. According to her, she lived nearby and often encountered tourists getting lost ard the area. And you know what, we were actually just a corner away from the area!. hahaha.

五分埔 was bigger than we expected. Initially we tried to remember the street we had passed. Then as we explored further, we simply decided to "purposely lost our way" and at most ask ppl for directions when we want to go back to the MRT station. Lots of cheap bargains available. As they were clearing winter wear, you can get jackets, long sleeve tees at S$5 each. Yah, I'm not kidding. If I din't control myself, I'd have bought more than 10 pcs of clothing home. There's spring wear available. Victorian-style blouses can be priced almost $20 lesser than what's sold in Singapore. But too bad you can't tried them on. I am rather particular in getting a fitting Shirt/blouse, so in the end, I resisted the temptation to buy one.

But I am very proud of my purchases:
1) a white velvet long puffed sleeved t shirt that comes with a mock necklace
2) a purple skirt with a sash at the waist
3) a black spaghetti top

all for S$5 each!!

Next Stop: 士林夜市

Dun be confuse with林夜市 and 士林mrt station. To get to 士林夜市 , you'd have to alight at 剑潭station.

aA we alight from the train, immediately spotted 士林 across the station.

Such a crowded place!

Bought bubble tea as we were thirsty. They gave so many “珍珠” . Ever since tasted the "authentic Taiwan bubble tea", I kinda wish that I can get my hands on another cup when I was back in Singapore, and had to make deal with drinking some weird tasting bubble tea.

Couldn't find the "authentic XXL Chicken Cutlet stall" but we ordered 虾仁煎 and 臭豆腐. 虾仁煎 turned out to be 蚝煎 -- guess the uncle took the wrong order.

Despited having heat commented from friends and Mum that are so smelly that you can smelt them yards away, I dun find them so. Perhaps they exageratted or perhaps Taiwan's version isn't that smelly. We walked past some stall selling 臭豆腐, but din feel taht they were smelly to that extent. And I had purposely bought the most foul-smelling 臭豆腐 . hahha.

The smell was bearable, and of cos they taste as good as what ppl claimed.

See, they were so nicely packed!

Proceed to 士林夜市 , Tried their chicken cutlet. Woah , see , the meat was soo THICK.

Walked ard the 夜市 . It really put our Pasar Malams to shame....

We were prepared to walk until we were lost and then ask for directions but turned out we walked one whole round managed to find our way back to the MRT Station on our own! 厉害吧!

Even though we were so exhausted by the end of the day, we still stayed up till midnite , watching the Taiwan variety shows and Korean TV serials shown on the TV...

Taiwan Trip! Day One.

Before I proceed with the report of my Taiwan Trip (sorry to keep my friends waiting), I wanna thank JQ for her assistance in providing the information we need and giving such detailed directions.
Thanks Flutterby for doing research on yr end too, especially when there are a lot of flash multimedia websites which I was unable to view.
Thanks Fannie for 施舍~ing yr maps of Taiwan (kaoz, 我竟然写“施舍~ing”。感觉很“台”哦!). The map which shows the places of interest at each Metro station is really a valuable piece!

Now, before this entry turns into a “Thank You Speech”, I will start off with what happened before the trip.

Pre-Trip

I almost thought we won’t be able to make it to Taiwan when Flutterby frantically messaged me over msn just 4 days before our trip.

Flutterby: Hey, what is the “min expiry date” of passport.

Me: At least 6 months validity

Flutterby: Oh shit. My passport gg to expire in 4 months. How?

Me: What???
(I was looking at my calendar and realized that we are just only 4 days away from our trip. Even if she applies for a passport now, she will not be able to get it done it in time.
But then, I recalled that when we boo our tickets, our ticketing agent had asked us to check if our passports have a minimum of 6 months validity. To which, her reply was that her will be expiring in a few years time.)

Me: I thought that time u told our ticketing agent that yr passport valid for a few more years.

Flutterby: I thought so mah. But yesterday I check, only 4 months left. So how?

Me: So when it expires?

Flutterby: 2010

Me: (getting confused liao) What talking you?

(think by then Flutterby realized the blunder she made)

Flutterby: Oh yar hor. 2010-2006 is 4 years, not 4 months.

I was thinking should I type a “CHEY!” or “Heng arh”. Gimme a scare for nothing. Had been looking forward to holidaying in Taiwan for years and now that the trip’s confirmed, I certainly do not wish this trip be postponed due to “unforeseen circumstances”.

So now everything’s settled and we are all set to go.

Taiwan! Here we come!

Na~nu~wa yi ya Na~Nu~Wa

****************************
4 March 2006 (Sat)

Woke up at 6am, had even set 2 alarm clocks for fear that one of them “malfunction”.

Reach the airport at 9+am and this is this 1st pic we took

Check out our flight CX714. Yes it is to Hong Kong, we gotta transit at HK airport.

So after we had checked in our luggage, we went off to take some boh-liao kee-siao pictures before I took Flutterby to a “lesser known eating place”--- staff canteen at Terminal 1.

Fast forward reporting: went to boarding gate early –> watch TV -> surf net & post short blog entry -> board plane -> yeah we got purple seats ! -> took pic of me and purple seats -> plane preparing to take off.

We encountered “Changi Airport Runway Congestion” as our flight was preparing to take off. I dunno what happened prior to that, all we heard from our Captian was that there were 9 more plane ahead of us preparing to taking off. We were getting a bit bored with the waiting and start counting the numbers of planes that had taken off.

Guess what! We are supposed to take off at 11.35 am, ended up flying into the sky at 12.30pm. Shit! Originally, we are supposed to have abt 80 mins of transit at HK airport, now we aren’t sure if we are able to catch out connecting flight.

What make it worse were the irritating ppl we encountered in our flight. Sitting in front of Flutterby was a not-so-tall lady who took up lots of leg room. She simply just lounge her seat backwards without any warning nor giving consideration to Flutterby. Harlow Auntie, this is Economy class leh, What you expect?

The seat beside mines was originally empty. I guessed some fussy 光头老 in his 40s (hahha Flutterby gave him this nic. ) asked for a change of seat and was then arranged to sit beside us. Tarmarder, 破坏我和Flutterby的二人世界. Hahaha.

We both find him irritating. Guess the air stewardess also find him so.

1) When we were all given pack of peanuts to munch on before our lunch was served. Yet he requested for more packets as he’s hungry.

2) On his hands, were lots of copies of the Chinese papers. He simple open them widely, invading my space. ( u know how much space newspapers took up when they are opened to full spread)

3) And his left arm simply rest on my seat’s armrest, which is also the remote control to my in-flight entertainment system. Kaoz. Becos of his inconsideration, I can’t change chanels when I want to. GRRRRHHHH.

4) When Flutterby need t squeeze past him to go to the washroom, he not only did not remove his bag which was blocking the way, he also did not make much way for her to move. Until she repeatedly said “Excuse me”.

5) And when he did, he simply folded his armful of newspapers, causing them to scratch into my eye and did even mutter a “sorry”.

I flared up, cos he know his newspaper had scratch my eyes and I had told him off nicely (which I still controlling myself from shouting at him) . Yet he simply give me a blatant look in the eye, crumpled one part of the newspaper and stuffed it at the space between his and my seat.

6) And u know how thick skinned he was: When our lunches were served, he had the audacity to ask me for my pack of salt and pepper. Me still a nice gal, hahaha, or rather “angel-devil –in one”. I just held out the two packs silently, refuse to speak not look at him.

7) Fussy光头老 saw that I had chocolate flavour for my Hagan Daaz Ice-cream (yes, Cathay provide such sumptuous meal. Will include the pic later) and ask the air-stewardess to change for him. I dunno if she did it on purpose, cos she never return with his ice-cream.

8) 光头老 irritated another air stewardess by tugging at the stack of newspaper she was distributing to the passengers sitting in front of us. He was told off by her in a disgusted tone: “你等一下,好吗?”

9) Thick-skinned光头老 still dare to leave his two glasses of juice and wine on my make-shift table when he left his seat. Flutterby and I were rolling our eyes at each other liao.

10) As times passed, we were getting a bit weary, but suddenly realized that with lights shining on us, it was very difficult to sleep. Then we realized that光头老 had switch on two of the overhead lights. I switch off the one from my control, yet he had the nerve to switch on the light which is supposedly to be in my control. KAOZ. What a man!

11) And when光头老 left his seat again, he simple dump his newspaper. Flutterby suggested we should take a pic to prove that how inconsiderate he was. See:

As for my face, I purposely posed a sulky face, but the overhead lighting make me look like a ghost, hence I did this “touch up”. Anyway the focus is on the mess!

Enuff of the光头老. Flutterby and I were crossing our fingers , hoping that he won’t be taking the same flight as us at HK airport.

No, we are on the topic of transit. Due to the stupid congestion at Changi, we landed late at HK Airport. We just had enuff time to walk to the boarding gate of our CX400 flight to Taipei. On the other hand, we were glad that Cathay had arranged a ground service attendant to guide us from our gate to the departure hall. We were practically half-running on the travelator!

I dunno why, I start to worry if our luggage were able to transfer to our connecting flight in time…..

The flight to Taipei was less then 90 mins. It was stated in our itinerary that “refreshments” would be served. And I expected just drinks and at most, fruits to be served. Imagine my surprise when the air steward presented us our sandwiches, fruits and orange juice!

Here’s a pic of our meals for both flights.

Music: Deng Deng deng deng………

Yes, something dramatic happened. As we were abt to collect our luggage, we saw a notice board with some passengers' names scribbled on it. These”lucky ones” were to report to the information counter. And Flutterby’s name was on the list. The ground service stuff told us that one of our luggages was not sent together with the luggage on our flight but was found HK airport and it was on the way to Taipei on the next cathay flight. Our two luggages were checked in under Flutterby’s name, s we dunno who is the suay one. So off we went to belt and wait for the dreadful results…

1st round….. no sign of any of our luggage…
2nd round … still no sign
3rd round …. Feeling tense liao…… Then Flutterby spotted one luggage with pink pink tape plastered on the handle and shouted “There! My luggage!”.

So off I went to the information counter. Since the next flight is landing in less than an hour, we decided to wait at the airport instead. The ground service staff then handed us two cans of soft drinks.

“用两罐汽水来打发我们走!” Flutterby joked.
Nothing much to do at the airport. So we just sit there, and happily place the two cans of soft drinks on Flutterby’s luggage , without realizing the reason we can placed the two cans was because her luggage’s lock had fallen off! (We only realized it later).

Then Flutterby went scanning around the airport, and found their rubbish bin interesting.

一般垃圾。难道有“非一般垃圾”????。

Then she found this big fake suitcase on the conveyor belt.

Which she presumed that there had been many incidents where ppl took wrong luggage.

Then we took more posed pic of me looking sadly at the conveyor belt, looking sad. But I was um-chioing. Aiyoh why I dun feel sad one har???

But coming to think of it, it may be a blessing in disguise. We meet a nice lady who happened to lived in Sg for two years. And she asked where we will be visiting and provide us some recommendations of the local dishes at those places. Hehe, ppl actually though we are students leh. YEAH!.

Bought tickets for the shuttle service (or what they call 接驳车) from airport to TaiPei Mrt station. We were rather confused by their terms : “全票” 和”半票”. So I just presume that “全票” means a full single trip. And “半票” means, u alight halfway.
BUT THIS IS NOT THIS CASE. Hahaha. Shall explain this in the post regarding my 3rd day of the trip.

Can feel the cool breeze while waiting for the bus. Quite enjoy it. The journey took abt an hr and we took another 20 minutes traveling in a cab from Taipei Mrt Station to our Hotel.

Reached the hotel ard 9pm. We checked-in, checked out the room and then went off wandering ard XiMenDing,

As it was a weekend, it was rather “happening”. Think we can simply spend out time people-watching. 路过的男女都穿得好炫哦!So many different styles spotted.

Went to Cheng Pin 116 to get Fannie’s lipbalm. Think because of the way we spoke Mandarin in a different way from their, the salesgal thought we are from Mainland China and her attitude was rather snobbish. Fannie had actually ask me to “deh” like them, but I think I will die from goose pimple popping 1st. Hahaha. So Flutterby and I came up with a plan. We would converse in English between ourselves within the salesperson’s earshot. At least we won’t be mistaken as Mainland Chinese. And it seems to have worked, as we did not encounter with any salesperson’s poor attitude towards us after that.

We walked down the streets of Xi Men ding , armed with our cameras, practically taking pics every minute. Not long after, realized that ppl are giving us curious glances, and I notice that beside us, none of these teenagers were spotted holding camera, even though they were dressed like catwalk models.

Nowadays u just walk down Orchard Rd, u can see groups of students, teenagers whipping out their camera and taking pics for no reason. Hahaha.

We managed to find the famous 阿宗面线 stall and of cos, posed with the bowl of mee suah.

Think ppl though we must be crazy.

Anyway, I had checked with JQ when I returned from my trip and it seems that Taiwanese dun tend to take pics unless they are traveling overseas. Hmmmm. No wonder ppl kept looking at us then.

Saw this poster and I was thinking Mrs Wang would have gone crazy and will climb the walls just to touch this poster :

Then Flutterby , aka Mrs Wu Yue Tian also saw her Hubbies:

Now , where’s mine?

I only manage to spot a pic… his album at 玫瑰唱片行 …..
Duh!

Capture the temperature of that nite. What a cool 20 degree Celsius environment.

Saw this “木吉他” signage as we were abt to walk back to our hotel. Reminds me of Muchuan, and saw that they even have a time table similar to our own Muchuan’s .

But hor, I can’t comment on their singers’skills. Ahem Ahem.We din went in at all, and you would’ve guessed why.

That’s all for Day One. (This is already the 7th page on MS Word doc!)

Busy Busy Busy

Yeah Yeah , I'm back from Naruwan. Back on the 7th, but how I wish I could stay for a few more days.

Have not really gotten enuff rest till now. Guess I'll have to wait till next week.

I miss the weather (so cool at 17 to 20 degree Celsius) and the food there (even though I din eat much). And the way they are so discipline when waiting for the trains & keeping right while going up on the escalator.

I couldn't help feeling disgusted when I return to work, and saw how people rushing to catch the MRT trains and pushing others along on the way. Haizzzz.

Have not even started reporting on my taiwan Trip (I promise I will) as there are so many activities on my schedule for this week. Caught the premier screening of "V for Vendetta" last night (Thanks Funkyjazz for the offer), thus that leaves me having to source for white shoes today.

Yes, the white shoes are important. Cos my pal is getting married this Sunday. And I am going to be a 姐妹 for the 1st time! This gal want us to dress up in all white in the morning and "dress nice nice" for the dinner. I am going to be in charge of the reception, decor and leading 7 more gals to throw petals at bride & bridegroom during the dinner. As for the morning, I'll have to wake up early and we will only discuss what "sabotage plans" we have for the bridegroom and his brothers when we are at the bride's house. Heh heh!

So many events hor. Yeah yeah, that means i have lots of blogs debts to clear next week.....

就是在整理电脑的 “deskstop” 时,才发现以上那两个文件。

其实,心房也需要整理一下......

有些时,本想记录下来, 但怕几天后,我又是以另个角度看待.......

Sometimes, things are just so unpredictable.

Man (as in man & woman) are unpredictable,

Our feelings, too.

Anyway, 我现在正享用同事请我吃的Don Chicken Pie.

一片价值$3.80. 蛮贵的hor.

可是很好吃!

:)
