Can't believe it I actually went for two Karaoke sessions in a day!
Well morning , met up with 3 friends for KTV, planned days ago. Decided to go for the "early Bird package" cos cheaper. Never thought it would be even cheaper --- Free of charge. All because the manager of Party World knew my friend. Actually according to my friend, she just know him, sort of as an acquaintance, as he is just an ex-manager of her friend. So she was also din expectthat our KTV session was on-the-house. Quite awkward for her too, as apart from "thank you", she dunno what else to say.
Oh yah, spotted Ronald Susilo and Li JiaWei in the morning before we entered the Party world. Really tempted to ask them for their autographs, but dun wanna ka-jiao them.
Ater the session, have a short chat with them before meeting YF, FL & YW. Really quite worried for my friend--- regarding her love life. She was telling us abt her problems. After 6 years with her bf, she suddenly feel that her feelings for him were not as much as before and she was thinking in order to save it, is to go to the next step-- marriage. Her bf still treats her well & didn't suspect anything. But now she is starting to have problems with his sis. Even though she can get along with his sis well all these years, but when it come to space, she feels that his sis had been quite posessive, such as not sharing wardrobe space (she often stay over at her bf's house over the weekend), and often dun gave them privacy . If they are going to get married and she offically move in with them, they will bound to have some quarrels. Quote her : was thinking of getting married to save the relationship, but with all these problems to face if gotten married, afraid that it might make things worse.
There are some points which i don't agree. If her feelings for the guy had simmered, I don't think she should agree to marry him, just because he had been a nice bf to her all these while. And if her heart is really not there, no point getting married or use the marriage to try to save the relationship. It really looks like she married him to repay his kindness/love all these years. But she's my close friend, I wish that she will find a best way to settle all these problems.
I'd seen & heard ppl make this type of mistakes. There are some who accept to go into a steady relationship just because he/she feel loved by the other, even though he/she has no feelings of love for the other party. We often heard this type of reasons "because he treat me well" , "because he is very nice to me"....

back to events. At th 3pm, celebrate YF's bday at BigO Cafe. Went to take neoprints (I dunno where to keep them now), and then FL suggested to go KTV. I wasn't very keen as i had one session earlier but dun wanna to spoil the mood. Anyway, i didn't sing much in the morning, so not afraid of 'spoiling' my throat.
Went to Kbox. Luckily they are having promotion, or else it would be very expensive. I duno this the sound system there is as good as Party world. And the service there is bad, even after calling to remind them they failed to serve us tibits ( which we had to pay for them ), and only found out when the waiter came to settle our bills yet they are not flexible enough to scrapped it off the bill. I simply told the waiter no point having them served at the last few minutes of out session, and i did call to remind. (Think I was quite fierce then). In the end, they still wanna serve tibits, but gave in by extending our session for half an hour more, until 10pm.
Yf and I left at 9.30pm, cos it was late, leaving FL & YW there. Well, let them spend time together without "lightbulbs".

Watched the korean Movie
"Cool Guy" ( a comedy) with WL & his friends at Orchard Cineleisure yesterday. My 1st time watching Korean Movie, and quite like it. One scene was so funny that i laughed until tears streamed down from my face. (the scene where the female character wearing her zebra suit, venting her anger by singing karaoke and even left her rabbits running ard the table).
This movie was showing exclusively at Cathay cineplex. Not easy to find the synopsis and this is what i can find on the net

WL still seemed so troubled after the comedy. Though he said it's becos of the argument he had with someone, but I think there's more to it. ( WL: if u r reading this, I wish u're feeling better now)
