On becoming "Mrs Li" ....

Surprise!

Just when some of you guys were enjoying yourselves in China,
Mr Li Sheng Jie & I were secretly married under a simple wedding ceremony.
Here 's a wedding pic.

To avoid paparazzi, the ceremony was scheduled during lunch time. Hence , it was rather rushed. That explians the simple gown and suit.

=)
***********************
Hahaha . The above is just a joke (to such extent!). The truth is that Mr Li Sheng Jie & I were “married” ard lunch time last Friday. Haha, why do I say that?

Now here’s the truth:
Last Friday, after I returned from lunch, Ms Tay asked me to check my mailbox.

“Woah!!”

She had sent me a “further photoshop-ed” pic of me and Li Sheng Jie previously showed in my blog entry dated 9 June 05.
If you had “faint” upon seeing the above pic, the truth is, I almost “fainted” too.
Can’t believe Ms Tay would actually do such a thing……

Realised that some might not know who Li Sheng Jie is. Li Sheng Jie, or 李圣杰, is a singer from Taiwan. His songs such as 痴心绝对手放开 are hot favs among “k-sters” since last season.

Hmm …. Somewhere in April this year, I am so sick of friends asking me abt my criteria for choosing boyfriend, rushing me to get attached, asking me if I had met someone I am interested in. Then out of the blue, I decided to do something that wasn’t me, and wrote “ I know who I wanna marry! I wanna marry Li Sheng Jie!”. Li Sheng Jie happens to be the “suay one” cos I have been listening to his album since January and like his songs very much. Somehow it actually works, friends just retorted back “ 这么难找!” and left me alone liao. Keke.

Apparently, that outburst of “I wanna marry Li Sheng Jie!” surprised a friend of mine. Cos she has never seen me saying such things before. I am not those 花痴 type. Till now I hadn’t idolize anyone. I don’t think I had even mentioned things such as “他好帅!”,“我爱死他了!” .

既然说了此话,就要继续玩下去。:P So whenever possible, I joked abt how cool Li Sheng Jie is, how I can’t live without his songs, how angry I will get if anyone talk bad abt my “hubby”. Yah, I can play along to this extent.
I must have been soooo engrossed in acting, spoke of Li Sheng Jie too often and people actually thought I am some die-hard fan of him and start to refer me as “Mrs Li.” Haha.

Ok. Now you all know the story behind all this craziness. Keke.
Feel free to comments ya.

*************
& U know what, juz found out that Li Sheng Jie is actually in Singapore now & going to perform at a concert to celebrate the launch of SHINE, a PA Youth Movement group this evening.....

*************
Thoughts as at 11.30pm :

Wow! Feeling very high now. Yes , I did see Li Sheng Jie after all. Haha after the appointment with a friend at orchar, we went own to UOB plaza to try our luck. ( not I am crazy abt him, just wanna to catch him sing "live", cos u know how good he is at "live" co ncert) Concert was supposed to start at 7.30pm,yet even though we arrived ard 8.15 pm, we managed to squeeze into the 2nd row behind the barricade.

Of cos , we were quite a distance away from the stage, as there were VIPs and "privileged ppl" sitting in front.

Li Sheng jie was the second last artiste to perform. Before him there were performaces by Cai Chun Jia, Olinda Choi, Zhang Feng Qi, Stella (who lip-synched for the first 2 songs she performed. Think she was the only one who lip synch....). Taufik performed after Li Sheng jie.

Haha , we also happened to stand at the "correct place", cos ard us, were Li sheng jie's fans. Everyone was so high when Li Sheng jie performed that we joined in waving the lights sticks (provided by the organizers) and cheering.
Really very shiok watching Li Sheng Jie performance. His performance was definitely "live!" lor, for he modified some notes of the songs (cool! Really a 实力派). Hmmm let me recall huh, he started off with with 手放开 ( my fav!) , followed by 亲爱妹妹的眼睛( he mention he prefer this style) , 你们要快乐 and 痴心绝对( the "must sing" song). Wow, think he is the performer who sang the most songs that nite. Keke!

Rather chaotic when he came down to interact with the audience when he sang 你们要快乐 . I was busy trying to take pics of him that i didn't get to shake his hands. Darn, and turn out pics all blocked my ppl hands. Grrhhhhhh. Also, if I have know he's coming, i'll bring along the Maxim magazine which featured him ( fashion column) and get him to autograph.

And u know what? My friend was trying to 刺激 me by describing his handshake (lucky her!). She said that compared to Zhang Feng Qi, who just held out his hand to swipe across those hands that were reaching out, Li Sheng Jie gave everyone a firm hand shake. Quote her " Really a matured man".
* hmmm, trying to make me jealous woh!*

The atmosphere was even "higher" when he sang 痴心绝对. For when he get the audience to sing, u really can hear the audience singing loudly. Those artistes performing before him couldn't reach out to the crowd when they prompt the audience to sing along. Haha. Heard some working adult ( who definately dunno who Li sheng Jie is) remarked "This guy can really sing well". And an auntie, perhaps puzzled by such overwhelming reaction from the crowd, was like poking my friend's arm, asking her "那个男的是谁 huh?".

Anyway, we two were so high after his performance that we behaving like some kee-siao 小妹妹. We went after Li Sheng Jie when he got off the stage and followed him( and the security guards escotting him. Abt 10 wor!) to the van. Haha.... really dunno what makes us do such foolish things at that time.
Anyway, finally gotten a clear pic of him, but of his side view. and here it is.
Yeah, this time, it is not a 'photoshop-edited' pic. =)
