What's yr order?
Interesting thing happened in my office today, which reminds us that one have to be careful in choosing "reply" or "reply to all" options to their emails.
the story goes like this:
Our CEO's secretary sent an email to everyone from our company in bcc list, and to some people not from our office in cc list, asking :
"Dear all
Could I have your R.S.V.P. by tomorrow, 7 Jan. PLEASE? Also pls indicate your food preference:
1) Chicken
2) Halal
3) Vegetarian
Thank you"
There are some colleagues who choose to click on " rely all "instead, and on and on, there are emails poping in our mailboxes which goes " Chicken, please. Thanks "., "chicken for me. Thanks'....
Yeah, so now we all know what they are having on the company's Dinner & Dance...
Until one kind soul who took the initiative (& risk) to mass mail to all:
"Hello,
Please do not RSVP the entire TPE grp, thank you.
We don't need to know if you are having chicken, rendang or mock char siew
Thanks for not cluttering the mailbox"
And no more unwanted emails from there onwards.
