Is this good or bad?
How to describe it, I think I am feeling rather different this week....
Some "accidents" happened today. Normally, I will be affected by them but somehow, for some reasons which I myself can't even explain, I dun seems to care much abt them.
Woke up late today. I supposed I had switched off the alarm when it rang at 6.30am. Was awaken up by the roars from a tigress at 6.50am, rumbling abt how my bro has to go to school today and everyone have to use the washroom and I will make everyone late and I have to be out at 7am.
Usually, if I heard her spouting all these, I will be in a bad mood. Come on, who like to start off his/her day with scoldings.
But this morning, I simply heck care her, brushed my teach, washed my face at my own pace, and came out at 7am. Haha, to think she dare to accuse me of making everyone late even before such a thing happens. *Smirks*
Quite ironically, I reached the office earlier than usual as there was smooth traffic today.
Managed to pass 2 E-learning tests today. And the passing grade is
80%, not 50% hor. (yeah, those who seen me studying at The Ark Cafe will know what I was studying for.) One more module to go....
We have a new colleague joining us today. Frankly speaking, we dun like her. First she is late for work, and secondly she is very stuck up (and she is of the same appointment grade as us!). Her boss was bringing her around, introducing us and guess what, not only she did not extend her hand for a handshake, she din even smile, or gave a nod of acknowledgement! Gosh! She is from Corporate Communication department, and I thought people from the department always so "PR" ( u know they are those who can give you the
"1000 megawatt smile" upon introduction)? Hahaha.
Now I am proud to reveal that thanks to the Business Etiquette Module I had took up in my Poly days, I had the manners to smile, reach out my hands, gave a firm handshake and say "Nice to meet you." when making introduction . kekeke
And I can proudly tell you all that I was very nice and gracious. After she had settle down, I present to her the door access card (with both hands wor. kekeke), brief her on some admin matters .
(Now I know why she is so stuck up. Cos she had work with her current supervisor before. So another case of "ex-colleagues to colleagues" relationship)
Had our lunch at a HK eatery with waitresses lacking training in customer service. I only found out I misplaced my office cabinet keys when I got back to the office. So, I went back to the eatery , wanted to check for signs of any keys on the floor at the area where I had my lunch , but was interupted by an Auntie waitress, claiming that they had swept the floor and did not see anything. Her voice was so loud that it seems that she was shooing me off from the place.
Anyway , I doubt she had ever swept the floor. Their biz is rather good during lunch hour and they won't be so free to sweep the floor where there are customers sitting at every table.
Strange that I was rather bo-chap abt it, I simply went back to office, and took out my own set of duplicate keys (kekeke, smart of me to duplicate a set before the "accident"). Then was telling my friends over msn that abt the incident and some said that they will insist on searching for the keys.
And I replied them with a
"算了吧！",
"I am glad I have a duplicate set."
这种“不介意”，“不在乎” 的心理，究竟是好，还是坏？
Perhaps I am just in a good mood after what happened last week. Kekekeke.
Right now, I hope I can work hard for the Students Performance on 7 Dec (given my tight schedule and the lack of privacy for self practice). Those who are my friends will know what performance I am talking abt. Hope I don't screw up this around. I dun wanna dissappoint someone.
