The whole office was involve in photoshoot for annual report today. We are require to act as models for differnt scenario ~ talking to each other, working ...
I wasn't that enthu abt it, kinda feel sian. Guess it's the same for colleagues in the same division as me. Will talk abt the reason later.
So early in the morning, I was called in to act out 3 scenes.
1) talking to another colleague who was holding a book
2) Typing on notebook at workstation ( dun understand why I have to smile at the monitor screen)
3) Talking to another colleague who was hanging ard my work station.
(suddenly i thought of someone ~ the "精神支柱". U know, all these stuff abt "modelling".)
Anyway, after I was done and resume my work at my desk, overheard some colleagues lamenting they were rejected by the photographer.
" They said my eyes too small." and she whined.
"u mean the photographer really said that? How can they say such a thing?"
"very sad lah."
Then one of my colleague said to me " Yr eyes so big, that's why they won't reject you."
And my immediate thought was
我的眼睛很大 meh?
(In the afternoon, I was asked to act out for another scene again....)
Anyway, I rather give up the opportunity, after all, we the Div 2 staff are considered peanuts to the organization.
Yeah peanuts. Or maybe even less than peanuts.
News leaked out yesterday that the rest of the colleagues who are in Div 1 and above will be getting pay increase. Not 1 to 2% but AT LEAST 12%.
Yet those support staff like us got none at all. Not even 0.01%. A colleague in the same division was telling me, apparently the top management thinks that we can’t contribute much (in terms of monetary gains) to the organization. And if we are unhappy and leave, they can find other people to do our jobs. Furthermore, the newbies wun even know abt the discriminating pay increase.
It’s really what you call DISCRIMINATION.
越想越气. And we decided that there is no reason for us to stay anymore, since the management is unappreciative of our work. If we leave together, let’s see how can they cope with accessing the systems, banking $, photocopying and other admin matters.
This morning, my colleague added “我们是花生！” to her msn nic. And I added on my msn nic: “我们连花生都不如。”
Most people won’t mind working for a company that is offering lower salaries or longer hours if the bosses are appreciative of their efforts. However, if the employee’s work is not being recognized, there is no motivation for him or her to work hard or stay at the place anymore….
Now back to the topic. Chanced upon this cheerful packaging while shopping at Watsons during lunch hours. Then realized it is a new favour of Kit Kat.
$2.60 for 2 small packs of twin bars. Rather ex hor?
As for the taste. Haha no hint of chocolate at all. My colleague was commenting it tasted artifical. I think she was expecting it to taste like Chocolate.

Seriously speaking, 《眼底星空》and 《很想说》aren’t easy to sing. Need lots of 技巧，lots of 转音to tackle. Makes it more difficult for gals to sing too. If I have to up the key (cos the verses part are too low for my range), I will die at the chorus 飚高音part. *sweat*. Think I will not only torture myself but also torture my friends at the next KTV session. Hahaha.
M&Ms
Bought these two newly packaged M&Ms during the week. Last year, they introduced the Star Wars M&Ms. This year, they tied up with Pirates of the Caribbean.
This is the Shipwreck Treasures M&Ms which comes in sea-green or brown plastic tubes.
I specifically pick out a few sea-green chocolates, put it in my mouth, slowly suck on it, and checked if they really do turn into gold color as what was stated on the packaging. They turned into yellow, not gold!
These are Pirate Pearls M&Ms. Oh, how I love the pastel colours, especially the Tiffany-blue ones. Tiffany-blue as in the same blue colour on the Tiffany boxes and paper bags. Somehow I find these white chocolates having the same taste as the Chunky white Kit-Kat . :P
Bitch and Voodoo Dolls.
Yes, something happened in office on Thurs which made me really feel like scolding her Bitch right in front of her face. I seldom use that word seriously. When I really refer to one as Bitch, she is really one. (that was what my friends said). It was a case of back-stabbing which I never expected, cos we are in the same department and used to check with our supervisor directly should we have any probs which we can’t resolve at our level. Perhaps it was why I did not guard against her and let her have the chance to stab me, defendless. It was a case of back stabbing, word-twisting… which I dun wanna describe them here.
It really make me wonder, 为什么有些女人那么狠毒（虽然自己也是女人）。即使你根本不在意权利，荣誉，只想安分守己地把工作做好，但为什么有人偏偏就是要跟你斗。
Another colleague was telling me that I should be so naïve not to let my defenses down against her just because we are in the same department and had never involved in any arguments before. Yah, how could I forget the fact that we have the same supervisor, she must have been wanting to get into his good books and she did so by putting me in bad light.
So sick of office politics!
So the next day, I decided to put up the voodoo doll given to me by another colleague who had came back from her Taiwan trip.
I was joking to her , while fiddling with the sword, chanting “Kill the bitch! Kill the bitch!”. Amused, she replied :“ 你谢搞怪！”
Think I shall name the doll 贱（剑）克，to 克走贱人。 Haha.
Then on Sunday, while walking past Mini Toons, them selling different types of voodoo dolls. Hence I got another doll called Master Wong for fun.

Last note. For those who might have heard the “wind”of it, pls dun get any wrong ideas if I did not invite you to my house on Sunday. There are lots of factors to consider: availability of space (especially when I need to show them my scrapbooking materials) and avoiding any awkward situations btw ppl.
To those who came, thanks for the food ya. Some had spent so much trouble preparing them. :) How I wish I have my own house then I can organize more of such pot-luck dinner sessions. :P

Sat 10 June
Went to hang ard at Orchard with Nana, Dr Lowem and Beach Gal (cannot call her Bitch jokingly. Till now she still reminds me of that bitch-calling incident) after we left the wake.
Went to Starbuck to la-kopi. Dr Lowem order her all time favourite –Caramel Macchiato. (Macchiato is made up of Foamed milk marked with espresso and vanilla, then topped with a distinctive caramel pattern) Decided to give it a try because I had never drank macchiato before. Only drank espresso, latte, mocha. *giggles* However I have a preference for iced coffee so I ordered the iced version instead.
Oh not, I din manage to capture the caramel pattern. *pout*
Oh, I think the iced caramel macchiato doesn’t taste as good as the hot version. Hmmm, why har? Is it because the taste melted together with the ice? *bimbotic ponder*
Proceed to Mac cos Nana craved for fries. Out of boredom, we all mass-sms Reb as she was stuck in the airport transit due to some flight delay. Then Dr Lowem decide to try my style of dressing. She put m my pearly necklace, pinkish hp with purple and pink beaded chain and my pink and white swarovski crytal beaded watch.
Hmmm, does she look very S********?
Dunno why she vomits after that. *pouts*
Left the group to meet up with the tai-tais for movie. They decided on Silent Night, ooopps, it’s Silent Hill at Cathay. My 1st visit to The Cathay Cineplex after its renovation. The glass lifts are sooo cool! The sinks in the washrooms are so cool. The taps are activated by sensors! So cool! *squeals*
Talk abt squealing. I din squeal at all when watching Silent hill. Some of the scenes are so gory, blood splattered everywhere. Eeeek! I like the boots that the female lead wore. *giggle*
(Almost commented on the movie plot but I realized that bimbos aren’t suppose to understand what the movie’s talking abt. So, no spoilers here. Ha!)
Mon 12 June
Cleared my off-in-lieu for polling day. Since I am free, I decided to go shopping , 顺便 do some grocery shopping. Smart of me to avoid the GSS crowd. I dunno why in the end I had unknowingly chose two dresses with shades of pink and a pair of pink shoes in the end. Maybe saw too much of Li ShengJie’s MV where his new outfit consisted of a pink t-shirt. Keke.
Spend some time making mash potato salad and honey baked chicken wings. Quite hectic preparing two different food at the same time.
Of cos must take pic with my creations right? And of cos must wear 美美when taking photo with the food, or else will look like Maria liao.
Brought the food down to Muchuan. Rather disappointed cos by the time I reached there, food turned cold. *pouts* . Yuzhi’s soooo sweet, passed me a note to compliment on the food. (Actually, for me, I was rather disappointed that the ground pepper I had bought did not taste pepper~ish enough.)
After a long wait, finally got to hear Ah Du and Jianhua played and sang 《很想说》. The album will only be out on 16th 哦。 So I dare to bet that Muchuan is the first 民歌餐厅to present the song live! 阿杜还呼吁大家投票，让它上933龙虎榜。Considering it’s their first attempt, I had to say they did quite well. After all I know the song is not easy to sing. Initially I tot Ah Du changed the style to a more upbeat version, then was told that he only manage to figure the cords in the afternoon. Chey, 骗我的。
Passed the Monsters the 改版歌词 of the chorus which goes like this:
